Getting Organized for Tax Season

  • In order to help you organize all of the required documents for filing your taxes this season, these are the most common documents we will need you to gather.

    • A backup copy of your accounting software (Quickbooks, Peachtree, etc.)
    • Year end bank statements (for all bank accounts)
    • Year end reconciliation (for all bank accounts)
    • Copy of all year-end credit card or loan statements
    • Copies of year-end payroll tax returns (940, DE7, W-3)
    • Copies of W-2 forms for all corporate officers
    • Copies of purchase documents for any new vehicles purchased or leased during the prior business year
    • Copies of lease documents for any new equipment leased during the year
