  Bookkeeping is a necessary tool for any business owner that wants to be successful in the long run. This is because accurate bookkeeping does much more than generate the financial statements needed to prepare your tax return. Maintaining your books throughout the year can help you in other areas such as inventory tracking or cost projections. Without accurate bookkeeping many owners find that they are operating their business “blind” and in the end much more responsibility falls to them.   What is Changing?

  Over recent years the technology made available in bookkeeping programs has expanded significantly. Many software companies have started moving from program based systems to cloud based systems which allow you to access your books from multiple avenues. This allows not just you immediate access to your business information but this access can also be shared with us so that exchanging files is no longer an issue.

  How We Can Help

  Our preferred software for bookkeeping is Quickbooks as it integrates well with other computer problems and also seems to be favored by a majority of our clients. We have been using Quickbooks in our office for over ten years and even have two ProAdvisors on staff. Since we have been using it for so long we have stayed current on all the advancements that have been released and know how to utilize them in the many versions available. To top it off we even recently became certified in Quickbooks Online to assist business owners even further.

  Even if Quickbooks isn’t your preferred choice of bookkeeping software we can still assist you. Over the years we have come across many different versions of what clients considered “bookkeeping”. No matter what you do to get your bookkeeping done we can assist you by letting you know if you are getting the most out of the information that you are generating.
